Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader with relevant experience and skills to join our team of transportation and logistics professionals. We are seeking a candidate to supervise drivers at one of our locations. The Operations Supervisor provides directions at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills with excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of associates within the organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with the ability to make decisions in the moment, and has heavy interaction with customers within the facility. Previous proven experience coaching, training, incident investigating, and developing CDL class A drivers and multi-level teams is essential. Experience with metrics such as Safety, On-time Delivery, and HOS monitoring is also required, along with strong leadership skills and knowledge of DOT regulations. The Operations Supervisor provides leadership to leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives.
