About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring an Operations Supervisor - Site Solutions at their rental facility in Lebanon, IN. This role oversees all aspects of Site Solutions equipment, manages vendors, maintains customer relationships, and responds to urgent maintenance needs. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours and on-call scheduling with additional compensation. The company aims to transform the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, ensuring needs are met, and delivering proactive, solutions-focused support.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and readiness by tracking, organizing, and replenishing tooling and consumables to meet customer and operational demands.
  • Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and pickups to ensure efficient, on-time service and clear communication with drivers and customers.
  • Effectively communicate information to your team and management.
  • Perform various operational tasks as needed to support a safe, organized, and efficient industrial site, adapting quickly to daily challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
