About The Position

Supervise facility operations, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources to meet business requirements. Lead operational work within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, and implement operational strategies to meet short- and long-term goals. Oversee purchasing, product distribution, and support for a client’s operation while optimizing costs. Lead and motivate subordinate staff, assess performance, and support professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other business areas.
• Working knowledge of computerized applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, and email.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience.

• Six Sigma experience.
