About The Position

North American Chemicals (NAC), a division of NCH Corporation, is seeking candidates for an Operations Supervisor at its Mohawk Texas Facility located in Irving, Texas. This is an entry-level engineering opportunity. The Operations Supervisor will report to an Operations Manager and will be a "Proven Leader" responsible for supervising the filling operation for the liquid production department. The position will also contribute to continuous improvement within the organization. NAC is a worldwide manufacturer of maintenance, repair, and industrial supply products sold in over 55 countries. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering degree preferred
• 2 years of production supervision experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly associates in warehouse and equipment production (timecards, disciplinary, etc.)
• Supervise equipment refurbishment process
• Supervise receiving, order pulling, filling, and freight checking
• Perform departmental inspections
• Work on streamlining processes in warehouse and equipment refurbishment for efficient work flows
• Performs other related duties as required.
