The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000. For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000. The core responsibilities of this role include: To provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control and Quality Teams daily activities. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement. Will directly support a specific quality assurance program and quality control activities in support of site compliance of the DHL Quality Management System and customer and regulatory requirements. The Operations Supervisor will assist site Operations Leadership in assessing picking and inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action necessary to support continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Job Description: Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging. Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
