As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Job Description: Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging. Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations. Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role
1+ years logistics industry experience
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Support and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with DHL procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party/regulatory audits.
Conduct quality self-assessments and compliance reviews.
Track, monitor, and report site quality KPIs.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Perform inspections, process audits, Gemba walks, and standards confirmations.
Investigate quality issues, inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and customer complaints.
Supervise and coach QA Technicians and quality associates.
Conduct performance reviews and training.
Serve as a point of contact for customer quality concerns and initiatives.
Participate in customer meetings and business reviews.
Ensure associates are trained on SOPs, work instructions, and compliance requirements.
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or DHL First Choice methodologies.
