Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required
Must be MS Outlook, Word, and Excel literate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and team oriented.
Well-organized with the ability to multitask and move from one function to another with ease.
Able to make independent decision and communicate priorities to their Team.
Very detail-oriented; consistently maintains a high level of accuracy.
Able to create standard processes based upon best practices, implement change and sustain efficiency across the Team.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
One to three years in a management role in inside sales / sales quotation / customer service purchasing / sourcing background desired.
Prior industrial distribution experience is a plus.
CribMaster software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop & lead a team of industrial distribution professionals in the Alliance warehouse.
Ensure orders for our Alliance customers are being placed in a timely manner with the correct suppliers.
Facilitate the receipt of all Alliance products into the warehouse both physically and in the CribMaster database.
Responsible for team coverage during team PTO and absences to ensure coverage in all areas.
Oversee the delivery staff to ensure product makes it to the appropriate customer plant locations.
Manage the delivery and loading of industrial vending machines in the customer plant locations.
Responsible for providing team coverage for receiving, pulling product, and delivering to plant locations.
Direct relationships with the Alliance Sales representatives.
