About The Position

The Operations supervisor manages the daily activities of multiple production teams performing complex decontamination and decommissioning work. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective execution of tasks while meeting project schedules. This position oversees and provides leadership oversite to subcontracted craft teams, and ensures compliance with nuclear operations, criticality controls, waste management requirements, OSHA safety standards, and NRC regulations. The supervisor sets work priorities, resolves complex operational issues, and directly influences the quality and performance of all assigned teams.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma, or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience.
First line management experience in D&D field or related area.
US Citizen – No dual citizenship
Candidate must be able to maintain a DOE security clearance.

Nice To Haves

College level or vocation training in a technical field is preferred.
5+ years’ experience of field experience in an operating nuclear manufacturing facility or with nuclear D&D highly preferred.
Active DOE “Q or L” clearance strongly preferred.
