Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail oriented, organized and work efficiently despite interruptions.
• Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Highly dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Flexible schedule and able to work 45-55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Travel to ISS locations to cover for absences within the internal staff.
• Phone Screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
• Communicate with applicants, and clients via phone, email and in person.
• Data entry of documentation into our HRIS system.
• Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment.
• Process Workman’s Comp paperwork.
• Adaptable to work with changes within the different locations.
• Retaining knowledge on our client base to achieve complete satisfaction.
