About The Position

This role focuses on designing and operationalizing scalable playbooks for global field data collection. The specialist will manage end-to-end pilot execution, including planning, execution, and tracking across multiple markets. A key aspect of the role is driving cross-functional alignment between various departments such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Supply, and Policy to ensure smooth execution and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field of study.
At least 2 years of experience in data collection, data annotation, or a related field (including internships).
Strong communication and documentation skills (ability to write clear project plans).
Proficiency in GSuite.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and Operationalize Scalable Playbooks: Create and document operational playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows to establish repeatable solutions for global field data collection.
Manage End-to-End Pilot Execution: Plan, execute, and track field data collection pilots across multiple markets, which includes building project plans, managing timelines, and traveling to pilot locations as needed.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central connective tissue between diverse stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Legal, Supply, Policy, etc.) to ensure alignment, unblock execution, and mitigate operational risks.
