Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 +years retail/operations experience
- Strong attention to detail
- POS/inventory systems
- Flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Maintains pricing, signage, and presentation standards
- Performs cycle counts, audits, and inventory checks
- Resolves discrepancies and out-of-stock issues
- Receives inventory, firearm transfers, and e-commerce orders
- Maintains organized, audit-ready receiving areas
- Ensures accurate system updates and reporting
- Supports ATF, OSHA, and company compliance
- Assists with 4473 reviews, bound book accuracy, and audit readiness
- Maintains supplies and supports store operations
- Assists leadership with safety, audits, and execution
