About The Position
A parking company is seeking part-time operations specialists to enforce parking rules and regulations on their parking lots. This position is ideal for those seeking supplemental income or a second job, offering 5 hours per week with the potential for increased hours. The role involves patrolling parking areas, writing violations, immobilizing vehicles with wheel locks, and coordinating with tow companies. Additionally, specialists will assist customers with mobile application payments, perform minor repairs on equipment like parking gates, and maintain the cleanliness of parking locations by picking up trash. Providing excellent customer service, including giving directions and assisting customers with equipment usage, is a key aspect of the role. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons, with training provided for repairs and remote meetings.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation; must drive at work.
- Must have own transportation and be reimbursed monthly.
- Required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Must pass a motor vehicle records check.
- Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities
- Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
- Write violations and wheel lock cars.
- Call tow company when necessary.
- Assist customers with making payments via a mobile application.
- Drive own vehicle for work and be reimbursed for gas mileage.
- Work outdoors in different seasons and weather.
- Work with a supervisor and independently without a supervisor.
- Attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
- Pick up trash in parking locations.
- Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching, and showing customers how to use equipment.
- Perform small repairs on equipment such as damaged parking gates.
