About The Position

Throne is looking for a part-time Operations Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for taking a lead role in your local market in maintaining a high-standard of cleanliness and operability for users of the Thrones. This role will involve reporting to on-site bathroom locations in Downtown Seattle, Burien, Shoreline, and other future locations. The base hourly rate for this position is $20-$22. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s applicable experience, skills, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including equity.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with mobile workforce applications and Google Workspace/Slack.
Must be comfortable with the nature of the business, supporting teams that work with human waste systems.
Must be comfortable working in outdoor, public spaces, including around unsheltered and homeless
Can-do attitude and passion for Throne’s mission.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Contribute to day-to-day cleaning operations directly by visiting, cleaning, and restocking Thrones in the field.
Take a lead role in inspecting, maintaining, and improving the overall appearance and basic functionality of the Throne.
Partner with management to find ways to improve overall cleaning scores and processes.
Support local technicians in your market by inspecting and identifying repair and maintenance needs at the Thrones.
