The Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO. Specific responsibilities may vary based on the operational needs of the market, but may include preparation of materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings; coordination of key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams; assistance in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools; monitoring of compliance activities; and support for the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed.
