The Operations Specialist will play an integral part in managing existing clients within the AKTGCC MICE database. This person will be responsible for facilitating and managing Shore Excursions and Turnaround operations for clients with active contracts in place, maintaining communication with clients and internal departments with up-to-date information, and growing year-over-year land-based revenue with strategic planning and sales with the guidance of the MICE Management team. This will also include interacting with our DMC networks where the client is requesting custom programs that require A&K MICE to assist with. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for successful client relationships and overall execution of all Shore Excursion & Turnaround, and group on board planning operations that take place for MICE within the accounts. This individual will also have understanding and experience in client relations, balancing several programs simultaneously and reservation systems (OneIs). The Specialist will interact frequently with clients and internal teams to learn about their needs/requirements and develop relationships from which they will build solid partnerships.
