The Store Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting store performance through the execution of inventory management, compliance, and operational processes. This role ensures product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to all federal, state, and local firearm regulations, while maintaining organized and efficient backroom and administrative operations. Working closely with store leadership, this position drives operational excellence across receiving, inventory control, compliance tracking, and customer order fulfillment. The specialist will support store sales by maintaining visual standards, conducting inventory counts, processing incoming inventory, supporting compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety policies, managing e-commerce orders and layaways, and assisting with firearm service and repair programs. Additionally, the role involves partnering with leadership to maintain appropriate supply levels and supporting overall store operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
