About The Position

We are looking for our Operations Specialist, RCY Sports Center! We spend our days positively impacting the community around us. As our Operations Specialist you will develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication, relationship building, member services, cash management and reconciliation, and problem solving skills
• Positive, professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to complete all trainings and certifications

Nice To Haves

• Degree in sports management, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and community members using the facility
• Uphold member service and risk management practices across locations
• Provide strategic ideas to improve youth development programming by demonstrating innovation based on utilization of data and trends
• Provide building leaders with feedback regarding part-time staff and coaching opportunities
• Able to adapt to unexpected changes while staying focused on finding effective, team-oriented solutions
• Address all member concerns immediately during the evening and weekend hours, elevating any critical concerns to the appropriate leader
• Support membership team through direct service coverage as led by supervisor
• Complete all accident/incident reports as needed; submitting to supervisor
