Opendoor is building its Toronto Operations team and is seeking Operations Specialists to manage critical workflows throughout the transaction lifecycle of their homes. While AI handles initial intake, data extraction, scheduling, and routine quality control, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, resolving exceptions, handling complex negotiations, coordinating compliance, and providing quality sign-off on important tasks. The ideal candidate will be technically inclined, work at a fast pace, leverage AI tools effectively, and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving.
