About The Position

This full-time Operations Specialist role offers a dynamic work environment within the grain and agronomy departments, involving a variety of services. The position provides opportunities to gain hands-on skills, perform routine maintenance and repairs, and learn to monitor and maintain grain quality, mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, and assist with loading trains. Employees will operate equipment and have the chance to obtain various certifications, including a CDL.
