About The Position

Responsible for providing operational expertise within the Branch as well as lead in the creation and implementation of processes that ensure Branch compliance. Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies to establish best practices. Conduct Full Branch reviews and provide oversight for month end reporting.

Requirements

BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
Ability to work independently with guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues.
Ability to provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.

Nice To Haves

Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

Establishes operational processes and ensures alignment with corporate operational strategies.
Investigates operational issues and resolves general problems.
Drives documentation process and evaluates information pertaining to Branch operations.
Serves as point of contact for SOX audits and various administrative programs compliance by establishing processes and providing direction to Branch associates.
Interfaces regularly with clients, customers and/or internal personnel to communicate information.
Provides training related information and tools.
May lead and/or assist in the development and distribution of policies, industry standards and regulations.
