About The Position

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates (The League) is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join our Member ATM Alliance (MAA) Team. This role supports the day-to-day financial and operational activities of Member ATM Alliance (MAA), helping ensure accurate transaction processing, settlement, reporting, and reliable ATM network operations. The position monitors operational activity, reviews and analyzes financial and transactional reports, identifies and communicates potential issues, and supports participating credit unions through timely and responsive service. The Operations Specialist also helps safeguard MAA and its participating institutions by identifying discrepancies or suspicious activity and ensuring issues are appropriately communicated and resolved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three years of customer service or related professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of credit union services, financial operations, and the products and service capabilities offered by MAA and its related support organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with participating credit unions by providing responsive, service-focused support.
  • Maintain knowledge of MAA products and services to help credit unions identify opportunities and effectively utilize available solutions.
  • Follow MAA policies, procedures, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent service delivery and safeguard information and organizational resources.
  • Monitor the MAA network and associated systems to support the uptime and availability of participating institutions' ATMs.
  • Communicate system issues to credit unions and follow through until resolution.
  • Download, review, and process daily financial reports to support accurate settlement and balancing.
  • Analyze ATM activity reports and appropriately classify transactional data.
  • Generate and distribute timely and accurate reports related to transactional performance, returns, adjustments, and other operational activity.
  • Conduct timely and accurate reviews of ATM deposit items, identifying potentially suspicious activity, and notify participating credit unions as appropriate to help mitigate potential losses.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
