Reporting to the Director of Systems and Processes, the operations specialist ensures the maintenance of good procedures for all operational transactions and provides operational support in branches. Requirements

  • DEC in administration
  • Five (5) years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with operational ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills and ease in establishing trusting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational audits and inventory of branches in Quebec, Ontario, and the Atlantic provinces according to a precise annual schedule.
  • Verify all transactions made in branches via computer systems.
  • Support users in branches and head office departments.
  • Maintain operational files and statistical tables.
  • Provide support during branch relocations, openings, management transfers, and any other special mandates or projects.
  • Perform all other related tasks.
