About The Position
Work as part of a team to support in reaching sales goals as well as servicing existing customers in the dynamic and fast-paces Small Business Banking department.
Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 1+year's experience in financial services in a support/processing capacity
Responsibilities
- Collect and review new account applications and documentation required to determine if they are within the Bank's risk tolerance guidelines and assign applications to Relationship Managers as appropriate.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and collaborate with internal partners to ensure exceptional client experience.
- Perform due diligence on new small business deposit account applications, to asses risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
- Manage the external email inbox for Small Business Banking and resolve/respond as needed and or assign the email to the Relationship Manager for the relationship.
- Manage inbound customer service cases and ensure a timely response as well as adequate resolution.
- Act as the Small Business Banking SME to make recommendations and lead procedural and process enhancement initiatives for the group.
