About The Position

A parking company is seeking part-time operations specialists to enforce parking rules and regulations on their parking lots. This position is ideal for those seeking a second job or supplemental income, offering 5 hours per week with the potential for increased hours. The role involves patrolling parking areas, writing violations, immobilizing vehicles with wheel locks, and coordinating with tow companies. Additionally, specialists will assist customers with mobile application payments, perform minor repairs on equipment like parking gates, and maintain the cleanliness of parking locations by picking up trash. Excellent customer service skills are essential for assisting customers with directions and equipment usage. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons, with the ability to work both independently and under supervision. Remote meetings will be held bi-weekly.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation, must drive at work.
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
Must have own transportation because you will use your own car for work.
Will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.
10 year background check.

Responsibilities

Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
Assist with customers by helping customers make payment via a mobile application.
Drive your own vehicle at work.
Work outdoors in different seasons and weather.
Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
Be able to attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
Pick up and trash in parking locations.
Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.
