They work closely with others on their team to provide ongoing administrative and operational support. The Operations Specialist is a liaison between the home office, financial advisor and clients.

Requirements

Microsoft Office experience
Experience in administrative support or customer service
Obtain Life & Health, SIE, & Series licenses within six months of employment

Financial Services industry experience

Responsibilities

Insurance Support
Maintain client case files through e-filing into CRM (Client Relationship Management software system for details)
Process incoming non-securities/securities address and beneficiary changes
Provide possible administration support for insurance processing
Investment Support
New and existing investment account document management, and service processing
Tasks tracked in CRM (Client Relationship Management software system for details)
Client document follow up as necessary
Online client service and navigation
Investment research assistance
Scanning documentation for back up
