About The Position

The Operations Specialist provides dedicated operational and administrative support for South Florida new residential development projects in Palm Beach and Miami. This role is responsible for financial coordination, sales operations setup and support, and new business execution, serving as a central point of coordination among internal teams, clients, and accounting partners. The Operations Specialist ensures timely and accurate payment processing, seamless agent onboarding, and efficient setup and support of sales offices across a complex and growing development portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, business administration, finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations, sales operations, project coordination, or administrative management, preferably within luxury residential real estate, new development, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of CMS functionality and multi‑project portfolio support.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, finance, and senior leadership.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential financial and business information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and comfort working with internal systems, reporting tools, and financial tracking processes.

  • Knowledge of AI system usage is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with clients and Corcoran Sunshine Accounting to manage multiple installment payment schedules per project, each governed by varying contractual and transactional triggers.
  • Track, reconcile, and report on installment payments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all assigned projects.
  • Facilitate agent‑related installment processes and provide ongoing operational support to sales teams as projects progress from launch through sellout.
  • Support new business initiatives, including sales team onboarding, operational readiness, and sales office setup for new development launches.
  • Provide hands‑on operational support across a portfolio of South Florida developments.
