Requirements

  • At least 2 Years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The work involves supporting established processes under the direction of a supervisor, team lead, or manager, applying entry-level operational knowledge, and assisting with moderately complex problems.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract security requirements.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance.
  • Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing are required.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement, resource scheduling, records management, budget and cost tracking, and coordination among project personnel and supporting organizations.
  • Assist with procedure revisions, process improvements, issues tracking, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain consistent documentation, timely follow-through, and clear communication.
  • Support PIT INFRA’s project objectives while maintaining safety, security, quality, and accountability.
