About The Position
Position title: Operations SME/Analyst Location: San Diego, CA Clearance required: SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Track, analyze, and report operational data from the Catalog Online Tracking System (COLTS) and Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (SHARP). Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all operational data inputs and outputs. Validate and reconcile system data, proactively addressing discrepancies or errors. Maintain and update operational documents, workflows, and reference materials to reflect current processes and standards. Identify performance trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process optimization. Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, system performance, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements. Support the development of metrics, dashboards, and reports used for contract oversight and operational reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting operational missions involving uncrewed systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Python, R, Tableau).
- Ability to visualize and present data effectively.
- Understanding of airspace regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations pertaining to UAS operations.
- FAA Part 107 certification (for UAS operations) or the ability to obtain it with 6 months of Task Order start.
