About The Position

This is an Operations Review Specialist position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Taxpayer Services Process, Resource Support Group. The incumbent conducts organizational studies to analyze data, processes, and strategies, recommends improvements to policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and data integrity, and provides technical assistance to support effective and efficient operations. The incumbent may also be responsible for program analysis, management consulting, and examination development.

Requirements

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
Two years of experience analyzing operational problems or issues and recommending corrective actions for improvement.
Two years of experience with developing operational reports, technical writings such as operational manuals, procedures, guides, operator instructions for systems operations, or reporting.
One year of experience serving as a leader, facilitator, or member for special team assignments or projects to implement key process elements or measures.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL.
Experience with Contact Center technology.
