About The Position

As an operations research analyst, you’re passionate about identifying the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need a research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. On our delivery team, you’ll assist in the evaluation of data assessment strategies such as Cost, Schedule, Technical and Safety Risk Management to help deliver sound, industry tested solutions. You won’t go at it alone, you’ll work with a varied team of industry experts to conduct research, prepare graphs and charts, and analyze and interpret programmatic or cost data such as Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Life Cycle Cost and Schedule Models, and Cost-Benefit Analysis. Once documented, you’ll help develop risk-based decision models, mitigation strategies, and project or program level briefings to present results, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in various program meetings to improve program efficiency. In this role, you’ll use your passion for technology maturation, analytics, and statistics to help devise modeling and measuring techniques utilizing mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing Risk Management Plans, Risk Registers, Risk Mitigation Plans, and executive risk reporting
  • 2+ years of experience supporting DoD or NASA acquisitions programs
  • Experience identifying technical, acquisition, integration, cybersecurity, cost, schedule, and operational risks
  • Experience preparing and presenting information to communicate assessment findings
  • Experience collaborating with other analysts in an integrated development environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience developing analytic methodologies, metrics, and decision criteria
  • Experience with survey design or analysis and interview techniques
  • Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Responsibilities
