Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years of relevant experience. Degree in Engineering, math, and science degrees are required. Degree requirement can be replaced with a total of 9 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in air traffic management and air traffic analysis tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite
  • No visa sponsorship. Must possess unrestricted, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. and for CSSI.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Traffic Management Initiatives, including Ground Delay Programs, Ground Stops, and reroute activity.
  • Conduct systemic analysis of National Airspace System (NAS) operational performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Provide Performance Analysis reports
  • Evaluate simulation models to address advanced concepts and future procedural changes.
  • Assess simulation models and recommend improvements to flexibility, ease of use, simulation logic, sensitivity, animation capability, and graphical user interfaces.
  • Develop new and maintain legacy airfield digitization techniques.
  • Develop processes to ingest surface surveillance data, including ADS-B, ASD-X, and future data sources.
