Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2027. The Reporting and Analytics team supports Insurance Operations by developing dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights that help leaders understand performance and make informed decisions. This internship offers hands-on experience in operational reporting, data analysis, data validation, and business intelligence tools. The intern will partner with reporting analysts and operational teams while gaining exposure to the processes and data that support Insurance Operations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with close attention to data accuracy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to SQL, Tableau, or other data-visualization tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present information and insights.
Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to changing needs, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes, explore AI-enabled solutions, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned work.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and validate recurring operational reports and dashboards using Tableau, TIMBR, Business Objects, and other reporting tools.
Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Perform data-quality reviews and support ad hoc requests to ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and reliable.
Partner with reporting analysts and business teams to understand processes, reporting needs, and business requirements.
Maintain clear documentation for reports, processes, data sources, and project deliverables.
Complete an assigned analytical project and present findings and recommendations to team members and leadership.
