The Operations Reliability Assistant Manager will be based in the Midwest and will work at various grain elevators, flour mills, and soybean processing plants located throughout the Midwest and in North Carolina. This position requires travel to all locations. The role involves commitment to worker safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager will supervise and manage business objectives and the operations team, effectively communicating tasks, directives, and policies with both senior management and supervised workers. They must oversee the daily operations of the facilities, providing leadership, support, and accountability to implement all required safety, regulatory, and Company programs and protocols. The role also involves motivating the team, ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, performing safety inspections, monitoring facility safety and quality controls, and overseeing preventative maintenance, quality, and operational programs. The Assistant Manager will assist with managing the business according to pre-set objectives and must be knowledgeable of all operations, systems, policies, and procedures.
