OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly: Deliver timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly distribution of quality audit reports, complete with data insights and actionable recommendations to address key business challenges. Enhance competitive differentiation through proactive process improvements with a solution-oriented approach. Conduct thorough root cause analyses to analyze and dissect performance trends. Collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for addressing quality issues and closing gaps, highlighting necessary corrective actions and recommendations to ensure compliance. Identify quality control trends necessitating targeted training for operational teams and new hires, while leading coaching initiatives, specialized programs, and projects to continuously improve operational quality performance.

Requirements

  • Abilities: Able to focus on multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating teamwork and leadership capabilities. Able to creatively problem-solve and think abstractly to identify process improvements.
  • Member Solutions background or experience required.
  • 3+ years of relevant QA assurance experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience working with employer groups preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc.) at an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution preferred.
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
