This is a full-time, exempt level position in Mountain View, California. SVCF operates on a hybrid work model. All teams are expected to work in the office twice a week, every other week. In-office days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In addition, this position will be required to be onsite when the Chief Financial and Operating Officer is onsite. Please note that there may be times when meetings, events, or other organizational priorities require you to be in the office more frequently than this standard schedule. This structure is designed to support equity, collaboration and consistency while still maintaining flexibility in how we work. SVCF also reserves the right to modify its hybrid work schedule as needed. All SVCF team members must be based and hold residency in California. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO), the Project Manager, Operations (Project Manager) serves as a strategic execution partner to the CFOO and divisions. This role works to progress the organization’s portfolio of initiatives while remaining deeply hands-on in planning, building, tracking, and delivering results. Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, the Project Manager translates priorities into clear action plans, develops the tools and materials required to drive execution, and ensures disciplined follow-through and accountability. The role oversees complex calendaring and executive coordination, manages cross-functional projects and events, prepares executive- and board-level materials and presentations, produces analytical reports, and supports the development and tracking of departmental and divisional budgets.
