Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a "Program Plan" using the methods and templates as defined in the Operations Program Management (OPM) Playbook.
  • Reach out to the Outside North America (ONA) facilities for the coordination and execution of the program deliverables.
  • Consider the inclusion of "non-Operations" departmental landmarks including but not limited to Product Engineering, Product Line Team, Customer Validation and other significant events, Allison Staff and Operations Management Team reviews in Program Plan development.
  • Maintain program timing, cost, and quality by working up, down, and across the organization in a collaborative, professional, and catalytic manner.
  • Organize, schedule, and conduct internal launch and gate reviews highlighting the deliverables that would have a negative effect on the cost, quality, and delivery of the program.
  • Effective utilization of the "Recovery Plan" to maintain program deliverables.
  • Directly manages others is responsible for driving the performance of each direct report and the team as a whole by clarifying expectations, understanding capabilities and motivators, and guiding associate development.
