About The Position

Find your purpose as the Operations Program manager for CentraCare Foundation. As the Operations Program Manager you will be r esponsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of organizational efficiency, specifically in administrative, programmatic, and financial operations, to support CentraCare Foundation's strategic vision and sustainability. Responsible for the operational workflows for the CentraCare Foundation. Assists in planning and reporting on the Foundation's overall operational plan and budgets. Facilitates the deployment of Foundation funds to the Healthcare Systems and Fund Managers, entity-wide. Assists with budget planning, oversight and reporting for the Foundation. Assists the Vice President of the Foundation, Vice President of Finance and the Board of Directors to develop overall Foundation strategy, budget forecasting and Key Performance Indicator measurements. Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all data management and gift processing operations, ensuring systems and workflows support organizational goals. Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and accountability in donor records, gift entry, and reporting processes. Schedule: Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday - Friday Day Hours (occasional need for off hours for special events) Hybrid of onsite at our Southpoint location and at-home work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 years of progressive experience with preference in Foundation Operations.
  • Solid experience required with community organizing, project management, team and relationship building.
  • Solid computer skills and ability to navigate and use a variety of software is required.
  • Critical and creative thinking skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and financial skills required.
  • Solid skills in financial operations.
  • Must have valid driver's license and driving record in good condition.

Responsibilities
