About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical operational initiatives across a multi-site fulfillment and warehousing network. You will manage complex projects that optimize processes, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain. Working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in implementing advanced automation solutions and operational best practices to support organizational growth. This is a remote role with occasional travel to on-site locations, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment for a results-oriented professional.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, IT, or related fields
  • 5–7 years of experience in project or program management
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, industrial automation, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or large capital projects
  • Experience with operations or fulfillment technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems and advanced automation systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders independently
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to on-site fulfillment and office locations

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale operational projects, including fulfillment and warehouse network optimization
  • Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Track project progress, budgets, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery within established constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and HR to align objectives and drive seamless execution
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, setting performance expectations and monitoring deliverables
  • Implement advanced automation solutions and leverage operational data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and effective execution
