About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Project Manager to oversee the Agent Build-A-Thons (ABAT) from March through June, with potential continuation depending on budget. This role involves managing both virtual and in-person event setups, ensuring seamless communications with participants, and supporting the overall success of the ABAT cohorts.

Requirements

  • Project management experience, preferably in event coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in managing virtual and in-person events
  • Ability to handle participant inquiries and provide effective support
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Manage virtual and in-person ABAT cohort setup and participant communications
  • Support participant queries through the ABAT Support mailbox
  • Coordinate availability and cohort scheduling with partner Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Conduct follow-up with customers for stories and evidence post-ABAT
