The Operations Program Manager is responsible for translating customer and program requirements into executable operational plans while aligning demand, schedules, and factory capabilities. This individual drives cross-functional execution across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Program teams, proactively managing risks, delivery performance, recovery plans, and NPI readiness while providing clear visibility and accountability to senior leadership.

Requirements

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
Manufacturing/operations experience.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

Translating customer/program requirements into executable operational plans.
Aligning demand, schedule and factory capability.
Monitoring delivery performance and operational readiness.
Leading recovery planning where commitments are at risk.
Integrating Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Program teams.
Identifying and escalating risks before they affect customer commitments.
Supporting NPI and transition-to-production readiness.
Providing clear operational visibility to Program and GM leadership.
Driving cross-functional actions and accountability.
