Job Description ob Title: Cash Vault Processor (Production Role) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join our operations team. This is a production-based role responsible for accurately processing cash deposits for both commercial and internal customers. This position is strictly non-customer facing and focuses on back-end processing within a secure cash handling environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Proven commitment to high quality service
  • Ability to work well with internal customers independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Accurately processing cash deposits for both commercial and internal customers.
  • Focuses on back-end processing within a secure cash handling environment.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation.
