We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Deployment Operations Lead to oversee large‑scale, multi‑site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployments. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all phases of deployment—from pre‑deployment planning through go‑live and post‑implementation optimization. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail‑oriented leader who excels in stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and structured project execution.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Healthcare IT or prior EHR deployment work.
Demonstrated expertise in a related workstream domain (e.g., operations, training, technical readiness, clinical engagement).
Familiarity with client, veteran, or military culture.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
Experience with asset management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage enterprise‑level operational activities supporting a complex, multi‑site EHR deployment.
Maintain and track key performance metrics, weekly status reporting, issue and risk escalations, and schedule adherence.
Oversee program‑wide deployment processes, including wave planning, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, budget parameters, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned workstream.
Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, clinical stakeholders, program leadership, and executive sponsors.
Routinely communicate updates, challenges, and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships across internal teams, client organizations, and vendor partners.
Manage all phases of EHR deployment: pre‑deployment planning, go‑live readiness, and post‑deployment optimization.
Maintain and organize deployment artifacts, such as lessons learned logs, action trackers, and issue registers.
Review vendor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and downstream impact on deployment activities.
Support preparation of deliverables, including data analysis, slide decks, written reports, and other materials that inform leadership decisions.
Develop guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and principles used across deployment activities.
Acquire deep knowledge of client processes, workflows, and organizational practices to guide deployment execution.
