WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Partner with executive leadership to align project initiatives with strategic business priorities and long-term operational goals. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management , including scope definition, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and execution strategy. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans , including timelines, staffing models, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery. Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure alignment, accountability, and efficient execution of project objectives. Monitor and communicate project performance , proactively identifying risks, mitigating issues, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Establish and maintain project governance standards , ensuring consistency in methodologies, reporting, and documentation. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. Champion process improvement initiatives , leveraging Lean or continuous improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience , with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in construction and/or general contractor project environments (highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies .
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% .

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
