About The Position

The Operations Planning & Revenue Management leader is responsible for optimizing end‑to‑end operational execution across demand planning, revenue forecasting, capacity alignment, and raw material planning in a complex semiconductor environment. This role serves as a central integrator across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, ensuring that customer demand is translated into executable plans that maximize revenue, margin, and supply resilience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, supply chain, planning, or revenue management.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, capacity planning, yields, and lead‑time dynamics.
  • Strong experience with demand planning, S&OP / IBP, and revenue forecasting in constrained supply environments.
  • Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
  • Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel/modeling capability (experience with planning tools a plus).
  • Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Translate demand into executable supply plans aligned with fab capacity, cycle times, yield assumptions, and inventory strategies.
  • Lead S&OP / IBP processes, balancing customer commitments, capacity constraints, and financial targets.
  • Identify demand‑supply gaps, risks, and mitigation plans; drive alignment on trade‑offs and prioritization.
  • Own revenue forecasting in close partnership with Sales and Finance, ensuring accuracy across near‑term execution and long‑range plans.
  • Manage customer purchase order (PO) intake, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with demand plans, capacity commitments, and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and manage allocation frameworks during constrained supply scenarios to maximize revenue, margin, and strategic outcomes.
  • Track actuals vs. forecast, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support pricing, capacity reservation, and commercial constructs by providing data‑driven insights on demand elasticity and revenue impact.
  • Own raw material planning strategy, ensuring alignment between demand, wafer starts, long‑lead materials, and supplier commitments.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply constraints, including buffer strategies, supplier diversification, and pre‑buys.
  • Partner with procurement and manufacturing to ensure material readiness supports committed revenue plans.
  • Assess capacity investments and readiness (CapEx, tooling, suppliers) to support growth plans.
  • Act as a single point of operational truth across Sales, Product, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive executive‑level communication on supply, demand, revenue outlook, and risks.
  • Establish clear operating cadence, metrics, and governance for planning and execution.
  • Enable fact‑based decision making through robust models, dashboards, and scenario analysis.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
