The Operations Officer performs Universal Banker duties and oversees the day-to-day operations of Universal Bankers to ensure exceptional customer service and properly implemented security measures. This role involves opening/closing the branch, managing schedules and workflows, monitoring cash accounts, and ensuring the accurate processing of customer transactions. The Operations Officer also plays a key role in maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding confidential information. Additionally, they are responsible for ATM balancing (if applicable), facility maintenance communication, serving as the security officer, mentoring Universal Bankers, and assisting the Branch Manager in deploying resources for optimal performance. The position may also assume the role of Branch Manager in their absence and perform additional duties as assigned.
