About The Position

The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activities. This role may work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, and Inventory. The manager will support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics, while proactively improving process functioning and striving for enhanced levels of efficiency. This role will also assist in the establishment and analysis of daily/weekly Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and submission of annual departmental budgets. The Operations Manager must adhere to the company’s standards and policies, in addition to all regulatory requirements, and promote and model a culture that reflects the company’s values and competencies. This position requires up to 50% travel and may include other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
