Topo Designs makes bags, apparel, and accessories built for people who move between mountains and cities without missing a beat. Founded in Fort Collins and headquartered in Denver, we've grown from a scrappy two-person operation into a globally recognized outdoor brand — and we're just getting started. Keeping our supply chain sharp and our customers happy is central to everything we do, and this role is at the core of that. We're looking for a strategic, systems-savvy Operations Manager to own our end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations — with a particular focus on 3PL partner management and NetSuite ERP. You'll own the relationships and SLAs with our third-party fulfillment partners, ensure our systems are accurate and integrated, and build the operational infrastructure needed to scale toward $30M+ in revenue. This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with finance, merchandising, and customer experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of operations, supply chain, or logistics management experience in a consumer products or e-commerce environment.
Direct experience managing 3PL fulfillment partners, including SLA oversight, issue resolution, and contract negotiation.
Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience — inventory management, order management, fulfillment workflows, and reporting.
Strong understanding of parcel carrier programs, freight terms, and multi-channel shipping cost drivers (DTC, wholesale, LTL/FTL).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to build and interpret operational KPIs; comfortable in Excel and ERP reporting tools.
Clear communicator who works effectively across ops, finance, merchandising, and customer experience teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience at a DTC brand in the $10M–$50M revenue range with multi-channel fulfillment complexity.
Familiarity with Shopify and WMS platforms (Shopify, Celigo, Shiphero) and their NetSuite integrations.
Exposure to wholesale EDI and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central operations.
Experience with Lean / 5S or other continuous improvement frameworks.
NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on configuration experience.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL partner(s) — holding them accountable to SLAs for on-time shipment, order accuracy, and cost-per-shipment.
Lead 3PL onboarding, transitions, and contract negotiations; evaluate partners and make recommendations on network structure.
Serve as the primary escalation point for fulfillment issues, chargebacks, and carrier disputes.
Develop and manage SOPs that govern how inventory flows between our 3PLs, wholesale partners, and DTC channels.
Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP workflows covering inventory management, purchase orders, fulfillment, and financial reporting.
Partner with finance to maintain data integrity across NetSuite, our WMS, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
Build and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and custom reports in NetSuite to support operational decision-making.
Lead NetSuite-related process improvements, integrations, and user training as the business scales.
Manage inbound freight from domestic and international suppliers, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Oversee carrier programs and negotiate parcel rates to optimize cost-per-shipment across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon channels.
Evaluate and onboard vendors across packaging, supplies, and logistics technology as needs evolve.
Track and report weekly KPIs: on-time shipment rate, order accuracy, cost per shipment, return rate, and inventory accuracy.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, shorten cycle times, and improve accuracy across the supply chain.
Lead capacity planning and staffing preparation for peak selling periods — holidays, product launches, and promotions.
