About The Position

Make an Impact in a Growing Home Care Team Griswold Home Care for Greater Newport Beach is seeking a hands on Operations Manager to lead daily operations, support caregivers and clients, and help build a strong, reliable care team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and wants to grow into a leadership position.

Requirements

  • Comfortable in both office and field settings
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Motivated by performance and growth
  • Active California Home Care Aide registration will be required by start date
  • Ability to conduct in home assessments
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation

  • Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare staffing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage caregiver scheduling and client coverage
  • Conduct in home client assessments and create care plans
  • Recruit, onboard, and support caregivers
  • Solve staffing challenges and reduce last minute issues
  • Improve workflows and daily operations
  • Support client satisfaction and continuity of care
