About The Position

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), committed to delivering smiles to customers every day. Our mission is to provide reliable, fast, and safe last-mile delivery service, while building a positive work environment for our drivers and team. We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and scale our business.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or delivery operations (Amazon DSP experience preferred)
2+ years of experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient with technology, including route optimization tools, delivery apps, and scheduling software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage performance metrics, analyze data, and drive results.
Working knowledge of DOT compliance and safety regulations
Desire to explore new technology to accomplish DSP goals
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with Excel

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily DSP operations to ensure timely and accurate package delivery
Hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Delivery Associates (DAs) and support staff
Create efficient shift schedules, monitor timecards, and manage staffing needs
Proactively monitor delivery performance metrics (on-time delivery, safety, compliance, etc.) and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to Amazon DSP program policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency
Collaborate with Amazon station leadership and logistics partners to maintain seamless operations
Lead by example, promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Manage fleet maintenance, route assignments, and inventory of delivery equipment and supplies
Drive a safety-first mindset and enforce safety protocols and incident response procedures
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and other local/federal transportation requirements
Coaching, Mentoring, and Training delivery team.
