About The Position
The Operations Manager role involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

- Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.

- Assists store manager in driving the financial performance of the Facility.
